At ADC All Starz, we help our athletes to be their best self. Our motto “Don’t just look at the Starz, be one” is a belief our entire staff takes to heart.

ADC All Starz opened as a result of love for the sport of cheer, a deep seated faith in the potential of all athletes, and the desire to help young people lift and support each other on the path to reaching their potential. We also understand that it takes a team to execute three hot minutes on the mat, and that is why we stress values that build, not tear down, teammates.

Owner Zina “Zee” Herb has more than 30 years of Cheer Coaching experience having coached and developed cheer programs all over the world. Coach Zee has lead middle school, high school, competition cheer teams, and all levels of recreation cheer throughout her stellar career. Jumping into All Star Cheerleading in 2010, Zina helped her athletes on several teams to earn their National Championships. Always a part of “community” she coached an all Japanese girl’s cheer team during her families tour in the Far East, and coached a semi-pro cheer/dance team of the World Football League’s Catania Bulldogs while stationed in Sicily.

A firm believe that cheer performance is built from a solid fitness base, the staff at ADC All Starz works tirelessly to ensure our athletes are safe and fit to perform when they hit the cheer floor. Coach Zee pulls from a lifetime spent leading fitness training at every level imaginable, leading classes for those new to fitness through teaching functional fitness classes to US Navy SEALs. Zina is also a member of the VHSL Officials Association and the VHSL High School Coaches Association.

Fun, learning, and growth is what cheer at ADC All Starz is all about. If you’re ready, remember “Don’t just look at the Starz, be one”.
