Welcome to our ADC AllStarz Galaxy! ADC stands for Athletic, Dynamic, and Confident. Our mission is to produce strong, confident athletes who can go out into the world to become strong, confident humans. We emphasize the importance of appropriate training and safety in our sport of all-star cheer, including conditioning, technique, and perfection before progression skill training. Just as importantly, we also focus on promoting sportsmanship, respect for your peers, and having fun. Our goal is to make each team competitive, but more importantly, we want our ADC All Starz all-star cheer athletes to learn valuable lifelong lessons in friendship, teamwork, time management, and community service.
